The $350m mixed use development is being delivered in partnership between Grocon and the Victorian Government as part of the revitalization of Central Footscray. The McNab Avenue Footscray development will be delivered in stages.
Stage One: A 20,000m2, 14 level, A-Grade office building with State Trustees and City West Water as the anchor tenants. Works have already commenced, the building is due to be completed in mid-2014.
Stage Two: Contemporary residential apartments including housing for students, retail and community uses. Construction of this stage commences in 2013.
As part of the overall development, Grocon will also undertake upgrade works to both Railway Reserve and McNab Avenue, maintaining access to the station during and after construction.
